Meet Angela, Your Expert Running Coach

Angela is a seasoned marathon and ultra runner with over 20 years of experience in the sport. As an accomplished athlete, she holds impressive personal records, including 7 hours 18 minutes 31 seconds in the 50-mile distance, 2 hours 58 minutes in the marathon, and 1 hour 24 minutes in the half marathon. With a passion for running that runs deep, she’s dedicated her life to helping others reach their running goals, too.

As a coach, Angela brings her extensive knowledge and experience to help runners of all levels improve their performance and reach new heights. She’s worked with runners of all ages and abilities, from first-time runners to experienced athletes looking to set new personal records. Her training programs are personalized to each runner’s unique needs and goals, providing tailored guidance and support every step of the way.
